The contributors come from two teams within the Water and Catchments Group of the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning that are involved in disaster recovery. Les Tate (Investments Program Leader) and Astrid Dunkley (Graduate Project Officer, author of this abstract) work in Waterway Health, and Christine Prosser (Senior Policy Advisor) and Stephen Bird (Senior Project Officer) work in the dedicated Bushfire Recovery team.
