Belinda Chapman 10th Australian Stream Management Conference 2021

Belinda Chapman

Belinda works with natural resource management organisations where stakeholder engagement is an important, but missing, link. They need their people and emotional intelligence skills to be as sharp as their technical skills so they can work together with their stakeholders in a targeted, efficient and effective manner. She brings 20 years of experience in Waterways and Stormwater Management along with her professional coaching and facilitation skills to support and undertake Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Engagement or Collaboration, Master Planning, Concept Development, Team Cohesion Building and Program Management. She partners with people, teams and/or stakeholders to effectively understand the purpose and desired outcomes for the individual or program, their goals and visions, what they value and how to achieve their desired outcome.
