Katrina Lansdown
Katrina Lansdown is an environment scientist at Jacobs with an interest in water quality management and environmental risk assessment. Previously, Katrina worked as a research scientist quantifying macronutrient cycling in streams using isotope tracers and exploring the interaction between water movement and these biogeochemical processes. Lydia Cetin is a senior hydrologist specialising in catchment hydrology and water quality modelling. Lydia develops modelling frameworks that assess impacts to riverine ecosystems from changes in runoff and water quality driven by population growth, land use and climate change, and enable exploration of a variety of catchment mitigation strategies (e.g. rural land management, stormwater pollutant control strategies, and wastewater reuse management). Sam Costello is a senior water quality planner in the Integrated Planning team at Melbourne Water. Milos Pelikan was the technical director for geospatial digital solutions at Jacobs but has recently moved to Melbourne Water where he is the Digital Asset Technical Lead – Asset Knowledge and Technology. Milos’ interests lie in the application of spatial information and analysis technology to strategic planning issues, particularly in the Water Sector. Simon Treadwell is a principal aquatic ecologist at Jacobs who specialises in water quality monitoring and assessment, stormwater management and general river, floodplain and wetland ecology, management and habitat rehabilitation. Much of his work has been focussed on river and wetland systems of southern Australia.
