Ben is a senior consultant (environmental science) at E2Designlab, a specialist consultancy combining ecology and engineering for improved waterway outcomes and better places for people. Ben is passionate about nature-based solutions to human and environmental problems, and seeing the waterways and water sensitive urban design provide improvements to our quality of life. With environmental change inevitable, Ben aspires to drive change in human systems to preserve our environment and quality of life. Adam Berry Adam is a founding director of Synergy Solutions and a progressive floodplain management engineer. He’s an advocate for natural floodplain management and adaptive responses to flood exposure. Throughout his career Adam has actively sought to provide engineering solutions that deliver social, economic and environmental value. He looks forward to continually driving the flooding conversation beyond hard infrastructure and encouraging the exploration of alternative opportunities to flooding mitigation, adaptation & response.
